Building on our sector expertise and access to off-market opportunities, we have established sector-specific platforms where we team up with strategic industry partners to leverage their operational expertise and lead; UEP identifies target projects and investments that we bring wrapped with a capital solution to ensure the success of the execution under a joint strategic platform.
We also structure "client-specific" vehicles to provide capital solutions to specific needs and we manage these on behalf of the sponsor allowing them to focus on their core operations in a capital-efficient manner.
Aslan Energy Capital Pte Ltd
AEC is a project development, investment, and operating platform focused on the gas and clean energy value chain established as a joint venture with LNG Alliance. The group to focus on building a portfolio of “clean energy” infrastructure projects in the LNG logistics, gas processing, renewable energies in its key focus markets in Indonesia, South East Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Utama Energy Resources Pte Ltd
UER is focused on the development of a portfolio of upstream oil and gas assets across the group’s key markets of Indonesia, Southeast Asia, Africa, and select the Middle East and North Africa markets. UER to focus and act across the oil and gas upstream value chain including selected strategic exploration plays, core producing and near producing assets in alliance with its sector strategic partners.
PT Dex Indonesia
Dex targets to build a portfolio of operating crude oil refining, petrochemical, and fuel storage assets across Indonesia to respond to the market's key fuel energy requirements. Dex launched its flagship project, a 100kb/d crude oil refinery and fuel storage in Tanjung Carat in Palembang, South Sumatra, and executed a cooperation MOU in August 2020 with Pertamina KPI and Sinopec EG on the development of this key project. Further projects are planned under the platform and to be announced in the coming period.
